Privora: Private AI Browser

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Privora mobile application ("Privora," "app," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Privora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be legally permitted to use this app in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and for protecting any password, device authentication method, or app authentication method used to access Privora.

2. What Privora Does

Privora is a locked private browser utility that allows you to:

browse websites inside an in-app browser
store tabs, history, bookmarks, downloads, and settings locally on your device
protect access to the app with Face ID, Touch ID, device passcode, or app passcode fallback where available
use Content Shield to reduce some ads and tracking resources inside the browser
use Vault Assistant for summarize page, ask about page, and improve search features where supported
preview, share, export, or save supported downloads only when you explicitly choose to do so

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use Privora and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, website terms, and content rights.

You must not use Privora for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

4. Browsing, Downloads, and Export

Websites you visit may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. Privora does not control third-party websites.

Downloaded files are stored locally inside the app vault unless you explicitly preview, share, export, or save supported photos and videos to Photos. Once you export or share content outside Privora, its handling is governed by the destination app, service, or platform you choose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to download, save, export, or share content.

5. Permissions

Privora may request device permissions only for the features that require them. For example:

Face ID access for app unlock when enabled and supported
Photos access only when you explicitly save supported downloaded photos or videos to Photos

If you deny required permissions, some features may not work.

6. Security and Privacy Protection

Privora provides app-level access controls and local storage protections to help limit access within the app, but no software can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining device-level security, including your device passcode, Apple account security, backups, and physical access to your device.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in product materials or technical documentation, Privora's "private browser," "vault," or "locked browser" language refers to app-level access control and local device storage, not a guarantee of anonymity, custom end-to-end encryption, or protection from websites, networks, internet service providers, or other services you choose to use.

7. Content Shield

Content Shield may block some ads or tracking resources inside the browser. It may not block every unwanted resource and may occasionally affect website behavior.

8. Vault Assistant

Vault Assistant can summarize readable page text, answer questions about readable page text, and improve search phrasing. Its output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

Assistant availability may depend on device capabilities, iOS version, Apple Intelligence settings, language support, and model readiness.

9. No Warranty

Privora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, complete ad or tracker blocking, successful downloads from every website, or that the app will meet every specific use case or legal requirement in your jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, website-related claims, download-related claims, or legal claims arising from your use or misuse of Privora.

If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update Privora and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Privora after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Privora if required by law, platform policy, or if we reasonably believe the app is being used in violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

If you downloaded Privora from the Apple App Store:

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Privora
to the extent permitted by law, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you
